At My Pampered Life Seattle, we are committed to delivering your online orders promptly and with the utmost care! ALL ITEMS SHIP FROM THE USA.  Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.50 for all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $100 or more!

Large Home Décor Items
For oversized or heavy home décor items, please include your phone number at checkout. This allows our freight carriers to coordinate a delivery time that works best for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your carrier's tracking number. Use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.  Please check your junk folder if you have not received an email.  Tracking information will come from mypamperedlifeseattle@gmail.com.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (after processing).
  • UPS/FedEx: Delivery times vary based on the chosen service level and destination.

International Shipping

Other Important Information

  • Incorrect or Missing Addresses: Double-check your shipping address during checkout! We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. *We see this with social media sites and Apple Pay as well.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Overnight Shipping: Most of our manufacturers do not offer overnight shipping.  You can call or email us to check if the option is available on the specific item.
