Returns:
We want you to love your purchase and we take great care to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. We offer refunds for unwashed, unworn and unused items. We expect returned merchandise to be in the same condition as it was when you received it, must be in the original packaging and have all tags and branding attached. Items purchased online can be returned to us within 30 days of purchasing. Unfortunately, sale items can not be returned.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please email us before beginning the exchange or returns process. Returns are mailed to: Attn: MPL Returns - 15127 Main St E Ste. 104 - PMB 333, Sumner, WA 98390. Please include your name and order # inside of the package.
- For some returns where we work with the manufacturer, we will provide shipping and/or RMA label for you to utilize (which is why we ask you to reach out first).
Some items are exempt from returns such as candy, bath and body, personal care products, and sale items.
Home Decor Return Policy
We take great pride in offering high-quality, one-of-a-kind home decor pieces—especially from luxury manufacturers like Park Hill. Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of many of these items, all home decor sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged.
If your item arrives with damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the box, the damaged item, and the packaging so we can work quickly to make it right.
Because many of our decor pieces feature hand-applied finishes, natural patinas, and artisan distressing, slight variations from product photos are to be expected and are part of their unique charm. Some items, like our cast iron selections, may naturally age and change color over time when exposed to the elements.

Exchanges:
Due to the fact we utilize various warehouses across the US, we do not manage an exchange process. If you need a different size/style, please re-order the items that you need, and return the items that do not work for you. We will refund the returned items upon receipt in new condition. This will guarantee that you do not lose out on a specific size when we have limited inventory.
