If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple, kind, and stress-free.

💕 Returns

We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Label Option

If you’d like us to provide a return label, we can do so for $9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

When Manufacturers Are Involved

For certain items, we may coordinate the return through the manufacturer. In these cases, the $9.50 label fee may still apply unless the item arrived damaged.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep our standards high and our customers safe, certain items are final sale:

• Bath & body

• Personal care products

🏡 Home Décor Return Policy

Many of our décor pieces are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind, and made with artisan finishes. Due to the weight, custom nature, and uniqueness of these items, all home décor sales are final, except in cases of damage.

If Your Décor Item Arrives Damaged

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the box

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damaged item

We’ll take care of you quickly. 💕

Slight Variations Are Normal

Hand-applied finishes, natural wood grain, distressing, and patinas are considered part of the charm and not defects.

If you’re unsure about a décor piece, we’re happy to send additional photos or details before you buy. Just ask!

🔄 Exchanges

Because our inventory moves quickly and ships from multiple warehouses, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:
➡️ Simply place a new order.
➡️ Then return the original item following the steps above.

This ensures you don’t miss out on a popular size or color.
